General Fitness Plans
Fully customized general fitness plans are designed to incorporate your favorite activities and utilize goal setting, accountability, fitness progression, heart rate training and proper intensity. The right combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition must be incorporated to help you reach your goals and make the most efficient use of your work out time. Training is progressive weekly including strength, endurance, power and aerobic capacity as well as daily accountability to your fitness coach. Detailed workout descriptions are given in advance of training. Basic nutritional guidelines are outlined to allow you to stay within necessary parameters. Heart rate training guidelines given to ensure proper intensity are included.
Silver Package:
- Customized general fitness plans to help you reach your fitness goals
- Offers high degree of flexibility in your training plan; perfect for the busy person who wants to maximize training time, and would prefer greater interaction with their trainer.
- Plan is customized to your needs, such as available weekly training hours, days you prefer to exercise and favorite activities
- Plan can be modified and adjusted every 2 to 4 weeks as needed to keep you moving forward as efficiently as possible.
- Unlimited e-mail and phone contact scheduled weekly by appointment as needed.
- Basic nutritional counseling included as well as dietary advice to monitor daily nutrition.
Bronze Package:
- Customized general fitness plans to help you reach your fitness goals
- For the individual that does not need a lot of changes and modifications to their plan, and can train consistently, yet still wants to work under the direction and assistance of an expert personal trainer.
- Plan is customized to your needs, such as available weekly training hours, days you prefer to exercise and favorite activities.
- Plan is built in 4 wk. blocks according to your individual needs, goals and ability.
- Your training progress and performance are evaluated by your trainer at the end of the 4 wk. block and changes and/or modifications are made if needed.
- Support and questions available via e-mail for support and questions.
- Basic nutrition parameters are included and the client must self monitor their diet.
Start-Up fee includes:
- Establish custom fitness plan using TrainingPeaks software
- Review history and goals
- Establish training objectives to meet goals
- Identify strengths and weaknesses
- Design a periodization program for weights
- Establish nutritional parameters
