Custom Coaching Service Levels and Pricing

Two custom coaching service options are offered to fit your specific needs, goals,  budget and lifestyle.  We do not use templates and not a generic training plan that you find on the web. Each level of coaching represents an increase in the amount of attention and time from the coach and depth of coaching analysis. Plans are built in four week blocks of training and modified based on the level of coaching service purchased.  We believe that inspiring, guiding and supporting you are the most important components of being a successful personal trainer and coach.

PREMIUM PACKAGE


Overview: Our most popular coaching package.  This level of coaching offers a high degree of flexibility in your training plan and is perfect for the busy athlete who would like to maximize their training time. Plan is completely customized to your needs, such as available weekly training hours, number of days per week available to train, ability level, limiters, race goals and your entire race season is outlined in an annual training plan. Plan is modified and adjusted weekly as needed to keep you moving forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. Works well for frequent competitors; athletes with busy work, travel and family schedules; athletes with high performance competition goals. Premium Plan includes:

  • Custom built coaching schedule includes daily workouts designed for your personal goals and races; includes all training parameters (heart rate, cadence, pace, power, etc.);
  • Learn techniques and strategies for optimal performance;
  • Basic nutrition and hydration parameters and guidelines;
  • Daily analysis of training data;
  • Weekly phone contact and 24/7 email and text for support and questions;
  • Premium Start-Up fee $150.00; $175.00 per 4 wk. block; 3 month min. commitment

Premier Package

BASIC PACKAGE


Overview: For the self-motivated athlete looking for a structured coaching plan and can train consistently, yet still wants to work under the direction and assistance of an expert licensed coach. Coaching plan is built into 4 week blocks according to your goals/ability/needs. Works well for frequent competitors & frequent travelers. Basic Plan includes:

  • Custom built coaching schedule includes daily workouts designed for your personal goals and races;
  • Learn techniques and strategies for optimal performance;
  • Training Peaks Basic athlete account;
  • Basic nutrition guidelines;
  • Bi-weekly analysis of training data;
  • Pre-scheduled phone contact and email for support and questions;
  • Private coaching session(s) available for a separate fee;
  • Basic Start-Up fee $125.00; $150.00 per 4 wk. block; 3 month min. commitment

Basic Custom Coaching

How the process works: Your coach builds your custom coaching plan from scratch each month using information from your questionnaire, field tests data from swimming, running and cycling and ongoing athlete-coach personal interaction and communication. Each level of coaching represents an increase in the amount of attention and time from the coach and the depth of coaching analysis. Plans are built in four (4) week blocks and modified based on the level of service or coaching plan purchased. Frequent communication is highly encouraged so your coach can better monitor your progress and provide guidance for optimal performance. Start-Up Phase begins with the following:

  • Review athlete history and goals
  • Establish training objectives to meet goals
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Identify and rank upcoming races
  • Design an Annual Training Plan (ATP)
  • Design a periodization program for weights
  • Establish heart rate training zones for cycling and running
  • Establish pace zones for swimming

Additional Coaching Options Group Coaching: Discounted rates depending on group size. Great option for friends, office colleagues and neighbors. Structured coaching plan provides daily training workouts and accountability under the direction and assistance of an expert licensed coach. Coaching plan is built into 4 week blocks according to the groups goals/ability/needs. Works well for athletes on a budget. Pre-Written Plans: Available for a wide variety of multisport events ranging from sprint triathlon to Ironman using Training Peaks software so that pre-written plans can be forwarded directly to your computer. Consultation: One-on-one, phone or skype if available.
